Before I explain that special offer, let's talk about finding new customers.
You know how hard and expensive it is to find new prospects and convert that first sale.
What happens after a prospect makes his first buy?
Clap yourself on the back! Deposit the check!
Go back to the hard and expensive search for the next new prospect!
You may not see it that way, but maybe your customers feel abandoned.
Perhaps they feel you pay no attention to them until they come knocking on your door with another check.
Your abandoned clients sneak a peek at the competition. They hope that your competitor will treat them better…
Don't hand your competition an opening!
Treat your customers like treasures.
Check on how they’re doing, so you'll know how you can help.
Keep your customers informed about new products or services. Explain how they might take advantage of them.
Alert your customers to upcoming changes. Show how you can help them get ready for the change.
A customer newsletter published regularly — monthly or quarterly, or tied to your natural business cycle — provides you an opportunity to show your customers information they will value, while also showing your customers that you value them.
Targeted activity on Facebook or Twitter can earn you an online reputation that drives business to your website, your email inbox and your telephone.
A blog or news section on your business website, updated regularly with well-chosen content, moves your business website up in the results of organic searches. Customers and prospects can read that information anywhere in the world.
Billing statements can include timely alerts. Your customers will appreciate a heads-up that saves them time or money.
Fliers, bag-stuffers and package inserts can thank your customers for recent purchases plus suggest an item or service that works well with what they already paid for.
You need words to keep in touch with your customers, to help them realize how important they are to you.
Not good with words? No time to pull words together? I'll help.
I write new text (copywriting).
I spruce up already written text (copyediting).
I dot i’s and cross t’s (proofreading).
Offline, or online. Or both. Your choice.
Contact me to set up a time to talk about what you would like to get done. We'll talk things over — no charge.
If we decide that you can use my services, I'll write up a bid letter that explains my understanding of what you want me to do. The bid letter will also include the overall cost and set the amount of a goodwill payment to start work.
Up to this point, you can still walk away without paying anything.
Once you agree to the bid letter's terms and send the goodwill payment, I will enthusiastically jump in to get the agreed-on work done.
And this is where we get back to that special offer worth at least $20 for Chamber members only!
Identify yourself as a Chamber member, and you will receive a 10% discount on the cost of services, right off the top — a minimum savings to you of $20.
Still uncertain? Check my portfolio for examples of my writing.
